My Role
As the Lead Designer at Mayhem Studios, I was responsible for leading product design for both their AAA-games simultaneously - Underworld Gang Wars and Underworld Racing.
Responsible for a team of 5 designers - 3 internal and 2 external
Hands-on creation of the initial direction and vision of the game.
Setting up workflows and reviews to keep the quality bar high
Fostering a very high degree of collaboration between Art, Design, Engineering and Product
Enabling and creating useful tools and documentation to make the handoff process seamless
Conducted focus group tests with prototypes for active feedback
Led the creation of a highly-detailed game UI design system

Worth a mention…
Despite limited resources and workforce due to another AAA game in development, our small team at the studio had big ambitions to create a multiplayer racing game to rival the top titles like Asphalt.
While the game didn't reach release, the experience was invaluable, and I'm extremely proud of the progress and insights we gained throughout the project.
A special shoutout to my team members, especially Jaiwanth (UX Designer) and Vinayak (Concept artist) for the effort and heart they poured into the game!
